Sure, talent has something to do with it. To say otherwise would be naive. You know what? Everybody has talent these days, and teams are full of talented players that perform far below their potential. Talent is not the separating factor between the champions and the runners-up.
The fact is that sports are becoming more and more specialized and more and more competitive. Gone are the days where you can screw off all off-season, just show up to play your season, and dominate.
Today’s athlete needs to work not only on their skills of the game but on their body. They need to become bigger, stronger, faster, and more agile than their opponent. They need perseverance and mental toughness. The modern day sports field is a war zone, and if you’re not prepared then you’re going to be rolled over and left in second place… or worse.

All performance training clients go through an evaluation of their current state and goals and are put on an individual plan to accomplish their goals. Performance training with me includes:
-Flexibility and Mobility Training. With improved flexibility and mobility you’ll be faster, provide more power at the point of attack, and reduce or heal from injuries. At Relentless you will train to become bullet proof!
-Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training. Speed kills. The faster, more agile, and quick you are as an athlete the more successful you’ll be. Period. Your program will have you moving faster and easier than you thought possible!
-Body Fat Reduction and Weight Loss. As an athlete carrying unnecessary body fat doesn’t do you any good. It does, however, slow you down. A fat athlete is a second rate athlete. Under our program you’ll be lean, mean, and explosive which will translate to maximal performance on the field!
-Muscle and Strength Development. Athletes need to be big and strong. The stronger you are and the more muscle mass you functionally carry the more powerful you’ll be.
-Structural Rehabilitation. The athletic field is a rough one. Muscle tightness and imbalances can easily occur. These will rob you of precious flexibility and power. I will devote the necessary time to healing and promoting smooth muscular action.
-Basic to Advanced Nutritional Counseling. Your body is a machine and the type of fuel you put into it matters. Nutrition is an important component to your athletic success. We’ll start with small changes and build towards the best nutrition program for you!
-A First-class Education In Training Your Body. I am a teacher and I love to give knowledge to my students. My clients learn the most efficient way to train their bodies. They never wander around a gym aimlessly without me. They have a full program to follow and over time really learn how to understand their training.
