Excuse me while I hit you with some hard truth: the days of sitting around all off-season, showing up, and blowing things up on the ice are over. The truth of the matter is that champions are not made on the ice, they’re made in the off-season and show the rewards of their hard work on the field of battle. Hockey is becoming more and more competitive with youth leagues, travel teams, and junior competition. If you’re not putting in the work on the dry land, you will get blown away when you strap the skates on.

At Relentless we focus on developing our athletes into complete, DOMINANT players. We don’t just coach some sort of canned speed program, run you into the ground, or simply throw a bar on your back and call it “performance training”; We determine EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED TO MAXIMIZE YOUR PERFORMANCE, create an individual program to deliver it, and then push you far beyond where you thought possible.
All of our athletes are focused on developing and learning:
-Maximal and Explosive Strength. The stronger you become, the more power you can put into the ice and at the point of attack. This will increase your speed and have you on the winning side of battles.
-Increased Foot Speed and Agility. Not only are we going to get you strong as heck, but you’ll learn how to apply that strength with our exclusive speed, agility, and mobility training.
-Superior Conditioning. Our athletes look forward to the third period because they know that’s when their opponents are gassed and weakening while they’re still going strong and hungry for their next shift. Our conditioning methods are designed specifically for your sport to keep you strong, fast, and aggressive when it counts.
-Improved Joint and Muscle Health. There’s no point in preparing for a sport if you’re sitting out because of constant nagging injuries, right? The training at Relentless focuses on preparing your joints for the rigors of hockey and preventing muscle imbalances that could put you on the sidelines during the season.
-Nutrition and Recovery Strategies. The best athletes are the ones that are at the peak of their game throughout the season. The nutritional and recovery strategies you learn will keep you healthy and playing strong ALL SEASON LONG. When your opponents are starting to wear down under the grind of competition, you’ll still be at the top of your game.
-Mental Toughness and the Iron Mind of a CHAMPION. Great champions are not just physically prepared, but mentally ready to face struggle and adversity. Our athletes train hard under a competitive environment and learn select mental toughness tricks that keep them focused and strong, no matter what’s going on. “When I met Isaac, I was someone with an extraordinary goal but lackluster performance. I am a female discus thrower with Olympic goals. Yet I had not managed to glean the necessary strength to achieve my objectives. I was trying my hardest, but learning that, “the road to hell is paved with good intentions”.
