Let me give you a little history lesson. Since the days of the gladiators men have trained together in physical culture halls. These physical culture halls were where men forged iron bodies and minds and where the sense of camaraderie and competition drove them to excel and push to new heights day after day. They were strong, lean, muscular, athletic, and overall fit. That’s been lost in recent years with most public gyms becoming more like cattle feedlot pens, full of men wandering around looking lost and not getting anywhere, than the institutes of fitness these “gyms” proclaim to be.
I’ve been a trainer specializing in training athletes and physique transformation for over ten years and I’m absolutely sick of what I see! I’m sick of seeing men wandering around with sloped shoulders, bad backs, beer guts, and chicken wings for arms. A man should be able to walk down down the street with his head up, shoulders back, and chest out because he’s confident in the knowledge that not only does he look great but that he’s a BEAST when performance matters. That’s what we’re building here: Animals.
Like you probably did, I loved sports growing up and they kept me feeling good. After my sports career was over I started training athletes who were at the top of their game. However, I had to make a choice about whether I could be a “has-been” now that my sporting career was over, or if I could find a way to not only maintain my athleticism. Well, I’m just like you, brother. I’m not ready for the pasture just yet. Instead I put my knowledge to use in order to KEEP IMPROVING as I got older. My programming has made me bigger, stronger, faster, and leaner than I was during my sports days. It’s worked for me, and it can work for you. This is that program.
Here’s the specifics:
-Membership brings you a STRENGTH-FOCUSED, Gladiator-style, three sessions per week program using barbells, kettlebells, ropes, chains, strongman equipment, and other odd, strength-building objects.
-A warm-up and cool-down period designed to cure aches and pains in your hips, knees, back, and shoulders while increasing your mobility and flexibility.
-A focus on speed and agility training in addition to moving heavy iron, as just being big and strong is useless if you don’t move like a BIG CAT!
-Complexes and finishers scientifically designed to improve your endurance, cardiovascular function, and scorch the body fat off you turning you into a big, strong, and LEAN machine!
-*Just* enough integrated “bodybuilding”-style training to have you looking like the stud you’ve become both in AND out of your clothes!
