My personal training program specializes in treating the body as a whole and building the healthiest and most complete clients in Bangor. All personal training clients go through an evaluation of their current state and goals and are put on an individual plan to accomplish their goals. Personal training with me includes:

-Flexibility and Mobility Training. Improving your flexibility and mobility allows you to feel better throughout your day, heal injuries, and be more active!

-Body Fat Reduction and Weight Loss. Fit into those old clothes and look kickin’ at the beach! Don’t be afraid to strut your stuff in public with that body fat gone!

-Muscle Gain. Having more muscle will help you look better, feel stronger, burn fat more quickly, eat more good food, and improve your confidence!

-Structural Rehabilitation. Our busy lives work on breaking our bodies down. Some muscles become too tight while others are too weak. With proper realigning and balancing of muscles you’ll have less injuries, be less sore, have fewer headaches, and move pain free!

-Basic to Advanced Nutritional Counseling. Your body is a machine and the type of fuel you put into it matters. Nutrition is an important component to your fitness success. We’ll start with small changes and build towards the best nutrition program for you!

-A First-class Education In Training Your Body. I am a teacher and I love to give knowledge to my students. My clients learn the most efficient way to train their bodies. They never wander around a gym aimlessly without me. They have a full program to follow and over time really learn how to understand their training.
