Who Is Isaac Wilkins?

Isaac Wilkins, M.Ed, CSCS, NSCA-CPT

Personal Trainer Bio

I am a focused and dedicated personal trainer who specializes in body metamorphosis, conditioning, and athletic development. My certification as a personal trainer is through the National Strength and Conditioning Association plus I hold a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. My primary areas of research are in metabolism, nutrition, and muscular development.

Over the past six years and thousands of training hours, I have enjoyed working with clients from the ages of 13 to 68 years old with a wide range of aspirations. My clients have been trained in person individually and in group settings, and also online via remote training.

As a graduate student I completed an internship with the University of Maine Strength and Conditioning program, working primarily with Football, Men’s Soccer, and Women’s Ice Hockey. With my broad educational background and field experience, I am qualified to train all types of clients and able to accommodate a large range of needs, backgrounds, and goals.

In my off time I train as a powerlifter and am contemplating training for strongman competitions. I have participated in martial arts, football, and wrestling and will continue to engage in these sports on some level. Above all I focus on remaining strong and healthy in addition to providing knowledge and encouragement for my clients to do the same!

I have been published in Oblique Magazine, www.ezinearticles.com, and at www.wannabebig.com, as well as publishing The Wilkins Power and Strength Newsletter monthly.
